The Picture House Gallery & Bookshop

WE ARE CURRENTLY RENOVATING THE GALLERY & BOOKSHOP - APPOLOGIES FOR THE INCONVENIENCE - EXCITING CHANGES ARE ON THE WAY!

The Picture House Gallery & Bookshop is situated on the Southern Tablelands of NSW Australia, in a small friendly country town called Gunning.  

The Gallery features works by emerging, established and local artists with a new exhibition on show every 6 weeks.  We also stock art supplies and fine art publications. 

Visual Art Classes open to everyone from beginners to advanced, are conducted in the theatre/studio every Sunday from 2 - 5pm in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.  If you are intersted in attending our art classes click here.

The Bookshop specializes in the performing arts, including: plays, television, screen legends, biographies, scripts and many other treasures of the theatre. 

All conveniently located under the one roof of the old Coronation Theatre, built in 1937.  You can find us at 82 Yass Street, nestled between The Old Hume Cafe and Coronation Collectables.

Trading Hours:  Saturday/Sunday & Public Holidays 11am - 3pm.  Viewings can be arranged outside of these hours by appointment.
